Leading and managing complex transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients, the full-time Hybrid Transfer Pricing Director will provide strategic guidance on global tax planning, compliance, and controversy matters while mentoring teams and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities: Lead transfer pricing engagements, including planning, design, implementation, and documentation of transfer pricing policies Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met while mentoring team members Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and collaborating with advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred Ten plus years of relevant transfer pricing experience, ideally from a Big4 or large public accounting/consulting firm Deep knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and U.S. Section 482 regulations Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading engagements Strong leadership and team development skills
