Job Description

The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to identify hiring needs and attract qualified candidates. You will be responsible for screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Additionally, you will support various HR initiatives and functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify and fulfill hiring requirements

• Evaluate candidate qualifications by screening resumes and conducting initial phone calls to ensure alignment with organizational needs
• Arrange and manage interviews for management teams across various markets
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between candidates and hiring managers to create a positive recruitment experience
• Keep candidate records accurate and current

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Spanish-speaking candidate is preferred

• Hourly starting pay $16-$18
