We are a 45-Year family owned and operated logistics and warehousing company based out of Grand Forks, North Dakota, and we have offices in Milton, Wisconsin and Anniston, Alabama. This position will work on-site at our Grand Forks, ND warehouse. We are looking for great employees who want to grow with us .

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of freight and inventory.
• Lead warehouse team to ensure that operations run smooth
• Assistant in dispatching and serve as backup to Regional Driver Manager
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to meet customer and company expectations.
• Ensure all freight is loaded, unloaded, stored, and shipped accurately while minimizing damage and loss.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, as well as OSHA standards, and housekeeping expectations.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and shipping discrepancies.

Warehouse Supervisor Skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment or become certified.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Experience managing warehouse personnel, inventory, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software preferred.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to reliability.
