Ralph’s is a second‑generation, family‑owned appliance and bedding retailer with stores in Tiffin, Findlay, and Fremont. We carry top brands — GE, Bosch, Whirlpool, LG, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, and more — and our warehouse team is what keeps it all moving. We’re hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist for our Tiffin flagship. Responsibilities Unload inbound vendor trucks and load outbound customer‑delivery routes. Ensure every appliance is logged accurately in our system from arrival to departure. Keep the warehouse highly organized, clean, and operating efficiently. Work alongside the delivery team and support the Warehouse/Delivery Manager during receiving inspections. Traits We’re Looking For Strong work ethic – shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in the job. Team‑oriented – happy to load and unload trucks alongside the delivery crew. Mechanically inclined – comfortable with hand trucks, dollies, straps, and basic tools. Well‑organized – keeps the warehouse and the inventory record clean. Detail‑oriented – completes every receiving and tracking field, every time. Willingness to learn – adapts to vendor procedures, POS updates, and inventory standards. Composed under pressure – even‑tempered and easy to work with when trucks back up and timelines tighten. Self‑motivated – sees what needs to be done and executes without being asked. Honest and dependable – committed to doing things the right way the first time. Qualifications & Skills At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check. Physical capability – able to move appliances without a forklift using dollies, straps, lift gates, and team carries. Lifting requirements – ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and team‑lift loads of 100+ lbs throughout a full work day. Stamina – ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and carry for an entire shift in a warehouse environment. Technical literacy – basic computer and POS skills; comfortable entering receipts, serial numbers, and tracking data with discipline.
