As Quality Assurance Manager, you lead quality assurance across natural gas infrastructure projects from planning through turnover. You partner with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to confirm work meets company standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Your role reduces rework, supports safe execution, and improves readiness for startup and long-term operations. Responsibilities and Expectations Lead field quality execution across construction, fabrication, and turnover activities Direct QA/QC and inspection support across welding, coatings, mechanical, electrical, and NDT scopes Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to align quality requirements early Review drawings, scopes, ITPs, welding procedures, test plans, inspections, and turnover packages to confirm compliance and readiness Apply quality standards aligned with ASME, API, AWS, DOT/PHMSA, OSHA, and company requirements Track nonconformances and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce rework and punch list carryover Monitor contractor quality performance and support qualification, execution, and issue resolution Develop and manage quality reporting, documentation, and audit processes Conduct audits of field inspection activities and documentation to confirm adherence to standards Support construction closeout and system handoff to operations with complete and accurate records Provide onsite leadership and guidance to inspection and QA/QC teams Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to improve execution, handoff, and startup readiness Ensure safety remains the top priority across all quality activities; accountable for front‑end construction planning, estimate development and analysis, and contract management Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of six (6) years’ related experience and CCM (CMAA) Certification Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management Physical and Environmental Work Requirements Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises, and in enclosed spaces Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) Use hand tools Other Requirements Required: AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Preferred: NACE or AMPP Coating Inspector certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills Uses Microsoft Office applications effectively Maintains valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits Competitive compensation Annual incentive program Hybrid work model – one work from home day each week for most office‑based roles Flexible work schedule for most field‑based roles 401(k) with company matching contribution and a fixed annual company contribution Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Generous company‑paid life insurance and disability benefits A consumer‑driven health plan option with the potential for a generous company contribution to a Health Savings Account Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Paid time off, including floating and company holidays Employee stock purchase plan Robust employee learning and development High internal mobility (we promote from within) Parental leave (we provide up to 6 weeks for each parent) Fertility coverage and adoption benefits Domestic partner benefits Educational reimbursement Non‑profit donation matching contributions and time off to volunteer Employee resource groups Employee assistance programs Technology to make our work more productive and collaborative Regular employee engagement surveys and feedback processes Eligibility and benefits are governed by the terms of the applicable plan or program document which can be amended or terminated at any time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
