Location: GA or TN or Remote in the US

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in platform architecture and engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for our platform products, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and objectives for platform architecture and engineering initiatives.
  • Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the product backlog management process, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations to provide updates on product development and gather feedback.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to platform architecture and engineering.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a platform or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture principles and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
  • Deep expertise in Cloud technologies.
  • Have done product owner for Infrastructure projects
  • Have deep understanding in Cloud networks
  • Have deep understanding on Infrastructure tools for Patching, Backup, etc.
Skills
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of platform architecture, cloud services, and software engineering best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with a focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Documentation: Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive product documentation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
