Internal Medicine opening - Honesdale, PA *Outpatient VA Clinic* Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent
• Largely geriatric population in our Honesdale VA Outpatient Clinic
• Clinic provides care to veterans associated with the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center.
• Clinic provides community based outpatient care through primary care services, womens health, and multiple telehealth options.
• Team based approach to care commonly referred to as a Patent Aliant Care Team (PACT) comprised of the provider as well as a highly skilled medical and clinical staff devoted to meeting the needs of the whole patient.
• Continuity of care, coordination and consultation, diagnostic tests, appropriate prescribing and patient education are all integral aspects of the provider's scope of practice.

• Candidate must have M.D./D.O. and have completed residency.
• Must be able to obtain license to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
