Who We’re Looking For:

• **Exceptional Communicator:** Ability to clearly convey the value of physical therapy and inspire patients to strive for better health.
• **Outstanding Customer Service:** A commitment to providing a better experience for every patient.
• **Diagnostics and Manual Skills** Yes, even a PTA will need diagnostic skills.
• **Experience:** Less than two years of experience? We provide comprehensive mentoring to help you develop better clinical, patient, and practice management skills.
• ** Learning and Leadership** An appetite to always get better as well as be a positive force on our team.

Who This Job is NOT For?

• **Multi-taskers:** If you can't give the patient in front of you your full focus and pay attention to the small details that most other PTA's miss, this position may not be the best fit for you.
• **Minimal Interaction:** If you’re looking for a role with limited patient interaction, our clinic’s patient-centered approach DOES NOT align with your career goals.
• **Resistant to Continuous Learning:** If you think that you are already "THE BEST" and cannot get any BETTER , we are not the team for you.
