Part-Time Warehouse & Shipping Associate

• FLSA Status: Permanent Hourly Non-Exempt
• Employment Type: Part-time (Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Summary of the Position

We are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our Operations team. This role is dedicated strictly to weekend operations, working from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. The primary focus of this position is picking, packing, and shipping out retail orders efficiently to ensure our customers receive their products without delay. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, trustworthy professional who can accurately manage weekend fulfillment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship retail orders efficiently to minimize customer wait times.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
• Handle inventory with a high level of integrity and care.

Required Skills

• Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality, particularly for the scheduled 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM weekend hours.
• Ability to catch small discrepancies in part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels.
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability to work efficiently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout a 4-hour shift.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ShipWorks shipping software a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail eCommerce warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
• Experience operating basic warehouse equipment.
