About the Role:

Join our team at Friendly Village JMK Fam Ptrs as a Maintenance Groundskeeper in beautiful Tucson, AZ! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining our community's landscape and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Inspect and maintain outdoor equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage irrigation systems and conduct routine checks for leaks and efficiency.
• Assist with snow removal and winter weather preparations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all outdoor areas, including walkways and common spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
