Lifestyle Manager ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences, including but not limited to fitness, wellness, cultural events, pet events, themed events, social clubs and groups, and social gatherings
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and the builder team, to ensure a seamless delivery of all programs and events
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from members to continually improve and evolve the program offerings
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that program offerings remain robust and relevant
- Work closely with the sales team to promote community events and activities, and provide concierge-style assistance to residents
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events and special occasions from start to finish
Qualifications: - A proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and activities
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners
- A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and enriching the lives of others
