Overview Our client with residences in New York City, a satellite home in Bel Air, and an executive office in Century City is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to step into a newly created leadership role. This is an exceptional opportunity for a luxury hotel executive (GM or similar) to transition into a private service environment while applying their five‑star sensibilities across multiple properties. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and long‑term planning of a high‑end private estate, ensuring all services are executed to 5‑star standards. Transition and apply luxury hotel management principles to a private, residential environment with discretion, elegance, and efficiency. Manage household and grounds staff, vendors, and contractors, providing clear direction, leadership, and performance oversight. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the estate including property maintenance, housekeeping, culinary services, transportation, events, and guest accommodations. Develop and maintain detailed operating procedures, schedules, and service standards customized to the principals' preferences. Serve as the primary point of contact for the principal and their guests, ensuring confidentiality and superior service at all times. Proactively identify and implement service improvements, creating a seamless and elevated lifestyle experience within the estate. Manage estate budgets, inventory, and procurement with an eye for detail and cost efficiency. Qualifications Proven executive‑level experience as a Hotel General Manager, preferably at 4‑ or 5‑star international properties. Strong ability to transfer hospitality expertise into the private service sector, with an emphasis on discretion, organization, and white‑glove service. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and retain high‑performing estate staff. Deep understanding of luxury service protocols, personalized guest (or principal) care, and operational excellence. Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail, maintenance standards, and logistics. Calm, polished, and unflappable demeanor with a professional, can‑do attitude. Adept at handling confidential matters and working with high‑net‑worth individuals and VIPs. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and large‑scale estate or hotel operations. Compensation Starting at \$200,000, full benefits package, discretionary bonus potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
