As an Estimate Writer, you can expect -- Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. You are working with the best window cleaners in Tampa Bay - get ready to be REALLY PROUD! Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities • Territory will include Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Apollo Beach • Goal of at least 20 estimates a day • Learn the ins and outs of estimate writing • Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly • Learn and apply sales techniques Requirements • Strong self-motivation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have mobile working mobile smartphone • Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation Fish Offers • PAID TRAINING! • Network connected tablet • Base Pay PLUS commission on closed opportunities • Flexible schedule • Great part-time role for primary caretakers, re-entering workforce, college students and gig workers Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on.
