Job Description

Executive Protection Agent – Responsibilities Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer service. Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite. Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure—locks, cameras, access control systems—to ensure operational integrity. Produce detailed, timely incident reports and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership. Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage. Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority. Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests. Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems. Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations. Qualifications Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST). Certifications & Credentials: Active LEOSA/HR 218 & VA PPS U.S. Passport & Driver’s License High School Diploma or GED Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening Skills & Attributes: Command presence and confidence under pressure Strong written and verbal communication Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities Physical readiness and mental resilience Discretion, integrity, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience Maryland PI and MD CCW preferred Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response Multi-state CCW permit CPR certification EMT license Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Competitive 401(k) with employer match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Advanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protection Equal Opportunity Statement CRISIS24, A GardaWorld Company is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
