Our client, a highly polished UHNW couple on Long Island, is seeking a proactive, service-driven Estate Manager to oversee the full operations of their private residence and grounds. This is a leadership role for a candidate who is equally comfortable managing staff and vendors as they are stepping in with hands‑on support to ensure a seamless, guest‑ready environment at all times. The ideal candidate is a calm, solutions‑oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a natural sense of ownership over both the home and team. Responsibilities: Household & Grounds Operations Oversee daily operations of the residence and exterior grounds, ensuring immaculate presentation Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain a consistently guest‑ready environment Coordinate vendors and service providers for landscaping, maintenance, and seasonal needs Manage household inventories, ordering, and budget tracking Supervise household staff across housekeeping, culinary, maintenance, and grounds Create schedules, delegate responsibilities, and drive high performance standards Foster a respectful, professional, and detail‑oriented service culture Events & Hospitality Support planning and execution of private events and gatherings Coordinate logistics including catering, bartending, valet, and setup Provide light service as needed, including greeting guests and overseeing service flow Communication & Systems Act as the primary liaison between the principals and household team Maintain proactive communication and provide regular property updates Oversee estate systems, including security and general home technology Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Estate Manager, House Manager, or similar role within UHNW environments Proven ability to manage staff, vendors, and complex household operations Strong hospitality mindset with experience supporting private events Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and discreet Tech‑savvy with familiarity in modern home systems Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel Valid driver’s license required Compensation: Up to $150k DOE, benefits, 401k Location: Fully onsite 5 days a week, full-time, Port Washington, NY.
