Estate Manager MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING. Honolulu, HI. Overview Our clients, an executive couple with grown children, are building their dream retirement home, estimated to be completed in 2-3 years. The role seeks an experienced House, Estate, or Property Manager based in Hawaii or willing to relocate long‑term. The client has a history of long‑term employee partnerships with corporate and personal staff. Responsibilities Lead and manage the estate’s daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and event planning. Plan and coordinate trips, moves, parties, and remodeling projects. Manage teams, vendors, and daily operations ensuring high standards of hospitality. Prepare and maintain budgets, manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and report financials. Ensure safety and compliance, including vehicle usage, secure communication tools, and physical activities such as lifting up to 50lbs and frequent walking or bending. Work a schedule of 9:00am–5:00pm weekdays. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years of relevant experience. Proven leadership skills managing teams, vendors, and daily operations. Strong budgeting, resource planning, and goal‑setting abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication and top‑notch organizational skills. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Apple products, and secure communication tools such as Proton and Signal. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and safe driving habits. Physically capable of handling the varied demands of the role (lifting up to 50lbs, walking, bending, traveling on short notice).
