We are looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for an active construction environment in Fresno, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep project records organized, coordinate communication across multiple parties, and provide dependable administrative support to both office and field teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism when handling calls and correspondence, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
• Support project managers and field personnel with day-to-day administrative coordination and document handling.
• Maintain organized project files, contracts, correspondence, and other construction-related records for easy access and accuracy.
• Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal team members.
• Receive and direct incoming phone calls while assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on required paperwork to help keep documentation complete and submitted on schedule.
• Enter, update, and verify data in office records and project tracking documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with front desk and general office support duties, including communication, filing, and routine administrative tasks as needed.• Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related assistant role.
• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with a wide range of contacts.
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining files, records, and detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in data entry and general administrative office tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Comfortable handling receptionist-style responsibilities in a busy work environment.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a construction or contractor setting.
