Job Description

Responsibilities Maintain accurate and systematic financial records for all budget accounts for the high school. Accurately verify receipts and process payments for student activity accounts. Accurately prepare deposits for student activity accounts. Monthly reconcile student accounts and maintain monthly reports. Accurately prepare student account yearly audit requests and meet with auditor. Accurately prepare budgets for activity events and trips. Prepare cash boxes for activities; reconcile boxes after event and complete all needed reports. Qualifications High school education. 2 to 3 years bookkeeping experience. Knowledge of software including MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, and miscellaneous office equipment. Capable of learning district financial program. Position classified in the LEAF Contract B-2-3; 2023 to 2025 starting salary $22.76-$27.04 per hour. Benefits Paid vacation, personal, and sick leave. 12 paid holidays each year.
