Job Responsibilities - Plans, coordinates, and/or performs complex administrative activities for the Community Resources Division with the South Carolina Department on Aging.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor internal office procedures, including standard operating procedures, policies, and create/mailing correspondence; ensure that documents are submitted for signatures.
- Assists in coordinating and scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of documents, which may include drafting, proofreading, mailing/distributing, and/or filing both electronically and physically.
- Performs other assigned duties as requested or assigned, to include but not limited to assisting with phone coverage of the front desk when other appropriate staff are not available, and participation in agency outreach events.
Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience.
